What will people think of me if I sell these products?

• We are not in the business of selling sex!!  We are sex educators!  We believe that everyone deserves to keep their sexual life exciting and alive. We are non-judgmental and strive to match each person with the products that will give them, and their partners, the most pleasure, whatever their relationship status.

How can I work this business around my kids?

• If you’re worried about your kids asking questions, don’t be. I’ve found that if you answer their questions like it’s no big deal, they accept it. If you hide what you do, they snoop. Simply tell them you sell bubble bath and lotions. Let them see things like massage gloves, silky sheets, glitters, body scrub, bath salts, bubble bath and body dew around the house. Curiosity quenched! There’s nothing to snoop for because you’re not hiding anything! Just be upfront with your children from the beginning.
• If you’re worried about working around your children’s schedules then just work when you want to! This is a perfect job for moms that stay at home or work in the work field. You can be home all day with your little ones while you get your housework done and then pick your older children up from school (no bus) and help them with their homework all before dinner. You only leave the house for about 3 hours at a time a couple or three times a week when your family has other plans. Maybe they can go to a movie or skating while you go to work. You can afford to send them if you’re making this kind of money!

What happens when I own my own business?

• The average Associate works only 10-15 hours per week, and most of us earn in one night what would normally take a week at a day job.
• You set your own schedule; therefore you can take a vacation or sick days whenever you need them.
• You do not have to wait on a payday. Every day that you make a sale, money goes in your pocket. You’ll receive monthly bonuses as a “Thank You” for a job well done.
• You will enjoy all the tax benefits from working out of your home.
• There is no boss to answer to. You are the boss!

How much money do you really make?                 

• You have 3 ways to make money.
• You will make money by selling your products.
• You will earn a monthly bonus check from FYP based on your monthly retail purchases. You will receive a bonus of 5 – 10% back, increasing your profit from 40% to 45% to 50%.
• When you share this business with others you will earn a monthly bonus check based on the sales of your entire Group Sales Volume. Because we are not MLM, you can use your group volume for an infinite number of levels to qualify for commissions.
• If you treat your business as a business, it will pay like a business. If you treat it like a hobby, you will have extra spending money. Either way is fine with me and For Your Pleasure ®.

How do I get paid?

• For Your Pleasure ® is simple. Get paid when you sell products. No waiting for a check like most party plans.
• You can submit your parties to the Home Office from your remote Desktop connection, or by fax or mail.
• Bonus checks and overrides are mailed on the 15th of every month, or direct deposited into your account.

Do I have to recruit?

• No. 
• You may find one day, as I did, that you want to make more money without doing more parties.
• You will always have support when bringing in new people, so don’t be afraid to share the business right away. I will help you train and support your team as you move into leadership.

How do I stay at 40%?

• Your discount can never go below 40%. However, as your business and your TEAM grows, your discount can go up to 60%!
• If you start at a smaller discount, you can bump up to 40%. It’s simple. (By doing an OFB party you might start at 35%)

How many parties do I have to do?

• To qualify as an Independent business Associate, you must do $1000 in sales in your first 60 days. After this, the entire contents of your kit belong to you. Don’t worry, most Associates manage this in two parties, and if you need to, you can request a 30 day extension.
• This is your business and you are in charge of your time. The number of parties you do is completely up to you. There is no minimum or maximum requirement for the number of parties.
• You work parties around your life, not your life around parties.
• After the initial qualification phase, the only minimum requirement is that you pay $12 a month for your monthly credit card fee.

How will I learn to do a party/presentation?

• I encourage you to attend as many parties as you can to observe and assist me in my demonstration. You would be surprised how much info is simply absorbed by watching and helping. If you are not within driving distance of me don’t worry. Your kit comes with a training video and I will  work closely by email and phone to make sure you get plenty of support and training. I do travel to train and will let you know when I or one of the other leaders is going to be in your area.
• You are always welcome to come to our training meetings even before you become a distributor. You can bring anyone you want to help you ask questions or make a decision.
• Your kit will come with everything you need to learn this business. We have Independent Business Associates all over the country who have started successful For Your Pleasure ® Party businesses without ever attending a party by using the instruction manual and video.
• In addition to the manual, parties and meetings, you can attend our annual convention to learn more.
• Learning to demo the products is like learning a song. When you hear/read/say it over and over, you learn it without effort… like a song on the radio. Before you know it, you’re singing right along.
• It is absolutely appropriate for you to use note cards with the names and descriptions of products.

How will I get parties?

• Your first party is usually done for your friends. Ask them to bring some friends you don’t know and try to book with those new faces. I usually book at least 2 parties at every party I do. It adds up fast.
• You can always host your own party! Have all your friends and family come over to check out your new business. Offer incentives for party bookings. You could say, “Have a party next month and you’ll receive a free…” or “30% off of a…”
• When it comes right down to it there is a huge demand for our parties. I will make sure you receive the training you need to keep your calendar FULL!!

How much time will it take?

• If you are busy, then you are perfect for this business especially if you are a mom or a student. Moms and students learn very early how to get a lot done in a very short time. You are experts at that.
• This is a very simple business to run. If you have a computer everything is just a point and click away on your online office!
• Think of it this way. If you continue at what you are doing now, will you have any more free time a year from now…five years from now? This is a part time business with full time benefits! Most of our Associates work only 10-5 hours a week. You sell when you want to. You don’t even have to be at a party. If you could sacrifice just 5 – 10 hours a week now, think how many hours you will have to spare in the future. Make the time investment now for yourself and the ones you love.

Can I do this on a limited budget?

• If money is tight around your house, how can you afford not to make a change? If you continue at what you’re doing now, will you have the money to make your dreams come true a year from now…five
• If you work right now, start saving for your kit! Put $20 a week away!  Whatever you can afford. 
   Put it on a credit card, AND pay it off when the first bill comes in!!  You'll have the money back already by doing parties to pay it off. 
• Consider this. If your air conditioner or heater blew up tomorrow, would you replace it? If your roof were leaking would you patch it? If the transmission fell out of your car, would you fix it? All of that takes money. I don’t know of any other way a couple of hundred dollars can change your life so quickly.

What about taxes?

• When you operate a home based business, like For Your Pleasure ® you will benefit from the same tax laws that big corporations do… only you won’t have the expenses. Suddenly everyday things are deductible! Home-based business owners can write off things like electricity, phone, internet, mortgage, mileage, entertainment, etc.
• For Your Pleasure has taken all the complication out of collecting and paying state taxes. Your customers simply pay the correct amount of tax for their city/state/county as they order their products. For Your Pleasure ® takes it from there. You don’t have to get a tax ID number.

Won’t competition hurt my business?

• Examine numerically just how much exposure one Associate has in a one year time frame. For example, an Associate doing 5 parties a week that has an average of 6-10 guests at each party. If she NEVER had a repeat customer, she would see 50 women per week. Multiply this by 52 weeks in the year, and this Associate would see approximately 2,600 customers a year.
• Another example: if you live in a town with a population of 60,000 and assume it is comprised of families with an average of 2 children each, 15,000 of your town’s residents will be women. It would take an average Associate SEVEN years to reach all of them. And that’s not counting any of the potential male guests out there. Fact is, we need TONS of help spreading the PLEASURE!
• Also, you always have customers moving in and out of your area. Your customers will continually send you referrals. You will see that you have more business than you can handle. Most of us have a waiting list for those who want a sooner party date.
